AdChem

Responsible by design. Compliant by standard

Tier-one global manufacturers and pharmacopoeial customers ask sustainability and compliance questions early. This page is the answer — in one place, without abstraction. Every certification, every sourcing principle, every policy ADCHEM applies across its 10 offices and four segments.

Responsible Sourcing

Principals selected for sustainability credentials — RSPO, COSMOS, naturally derived systems — alongside chemistry.

Regulatory Compliance

Full documentation support — COA, MSDS, halal, REACH, pharmacopoeial dossiers — supplied with every order, every market.

Certified Quality

ISO 9001:2015, EXCiPACT, GDP, and GMP across all entities — verified by independent third-party audit.

Ethical Conduct

Modern slavery statement, anti-bribery policy, and a uniform code of conduct across all 10 offices regardless of local norms.

Sourcing that considers what comes after.

Five principles we apply across every market.

From principal selection to end-customer delivery — consistent standards, no exceptions for market or region.

01

Responsible principal selection

We evaluate principals not only on product quality and supply reliability, but on their own sustainability credentials — certification, sourcing transparency, and environmental commitments are part of the assessment.

02

Transparency in documentation

Every order is accompanied by the documentation a customer needs to demonstrate compliance in their own supply chain — country-of-origin, RSPO chain of custody, COSMOS listing, halal certification — without being asked.

03

Reduced packaging & waste

Our repackaging capability reduces waste at the customer's production line. We match pack size to production need — eliminating over-ordering, partial drums returned to storage, and associated logistics waste.

04

Consistent standards across all 10 offices

Sustainability and compliance requirements are not softened for any market. The same documentation standards, the same code of conduct, and the same supplier evaluation criteria apply whether the order is placed in Cairo, Shanghai, or Bergamo.

05

People & community

ADCHEM employs locally in every market — not through agents or representatives. Local employment, local investment, and active support for gender diversity in commercial and leadership roles across all entities.

ADCHEM's sustainability approach is embedded in the sourcing decisions made when selecting principals — not added as a reporting layer afterwards. We prioritise ingredients with credible sustainability credentials, and we make those credentials transparent to our customers.

From inquiry to delivery, quality at every stage.

ADCHEM's quality programme is not a single certification — it is a system applied at every stage of the order lifecycle, from supplier qualification through to post-delivery documentation. COSMO, our digital platform, carries quality records through each stage automatically.

Responsible all the way through.

Supply chain responsibility at ADCHEM means more than choosing compliant suppliers. It means maintaining standards through every step — storage, handling, transport, repackaging, and final delivery — with the documentation to prove it.

Supplier audit & qualification

Every principal undergoes a structured qualification process before ADCHEM begins representing them. Certification verification, quality system review, and site assessment where applicable.

Controlled storage & cold chain

Owned and partner warehouses operate under temperature-monitored, GDP-compliant conditions. Cold-chain capability for temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical and adjuvant products.

Traceability at every stage

COSMO, our digital platform, maintains a complete audit trail from purchase order through to final delivery. Batch numbers, transport records, storage conditions, and all documents are attached to every order record.

Responsible palm sourcing

Palm-derived ingredients are sourced exclusively through Musim Mas — a member of the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) with full chain-of-custody certification. RSPO documents supplied with every applicable order.

Policies that apply uniformly. No regional exceptions.

ADCHEM's ethical commitments are structural — embedded in how the business is operated, not added as policy documents for external consumption. They apply in every office, in every market, without softening for local norms.

01 / 05

Code of Conduct

A uniform code of business conduct applies across all ADCHEM entities — covering relationships with customers, principals, competitors, and regulators. No local market exception overrides the code.

02 / 05

Modern Slavery Statement

ADCHEM publishes an annual Modern Slavery Act statement covering our operations and supply chain. We audit suppliers in high-risk categories and will not knowingly source from any entity engaged in forced, bonded, or child labour.

03 / 05

Anti-Bribery & Corruption

Zero tolerance for bribery, facilitation payments, and corrupt practices in any market — including markets where such practices may be common or tacitly accepted. All staff are trained annually.

04 / 05

Diversity & Inclusion

A significant share of ADCHEM's commercial and sourcing teams are women — unusual for specialty raw materials distribution. We actively develop women into senior commercial and leadership roles across all entities.

05 / 05

Data & Privacy

Customer data is held exclusively within ADCHEM's own systems — COSMO is built and hosted by ADCHEM, not third-party SaaS. Customer data is never shared with principals, third parties, or used for external purposes.
